If you are a seller you will need to provide the following information to Donna:

  1. Loan information, including the loan number, phone number for your lender and social security number so that she can order the pay-off.
  2. Association information including the phone number or e-mail information for the association
  3. Depending upon the municipality that you reside in you may need to obtain an inspection or transfer stamps from the municipality

If you are a buyer you will need to schedule your inspection within 5 business days after the acceptance. You need to confirm that you can obtain insurance on the property and that you don’t need flood insurance within 10 business days of acceptance. You need to make your loan application within 5 business days. Your lender needs to order the appraisal within 10 days of acceptance.
