  1. Living Will – Declaration stating that you do not want to be kept on life support
  2. Health Care Power of Attorney – you give power to your agent to make health care decisions for you if you unable to do so
  3. Durable Power of Attorney for Property- you give power to your agent to make financial decisions for you if you are unable to do so
  4. Trust – The Trust agreement allows you to provide for transfer of your assets to your beneficiaries without having to go through probate.
  5. Will – A will is a testamentary document that provides for how your would like your estate to pass to your beneficiaries upon your death. A Will does not avoid probate but a will saves some costs of probate and states your desires.
